Accounts & registration
Yes. Registration, memberships and facility bookings all run through a household account, because we need to know who is taking part and how to reach you if something changes.
Browsing is open to everyone — you can look through programs, activities and facilities without signing in.
A household account represents your address. An adult sets it up as the primary contact, then adds everyone else in the home as household members — children, a partner, a parent living with you.
The primary contact must be at least 18. Once members are added, you register any of them from one screen instead of filling in their details every season.
Yes. Every adult on the account can have their own username and password, and each of them can register anyone in the household and see the account’s history.
Please do not share a sign-in with anyone who is not named on the account.
Sign in and open Household Members. You can add a new member, update a birth date, or correct a phone number there.
Ages matter: a program’s age range is checked against the member’s date of birth at the time you register, so an incorrect birth date can block an otherwise valid sign-up.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter the email address on your account. We will send you a reset link.
If that email address no longer works, contact us and we will verify you another way. We cannot email a reset to an address that is not on the account.
Memberships & passes
A program is a specific class or league with set dates, an instructor and a place reserved for one participant.
A membership is ongoing access to facilities — the fitness floor, the pool, drop-in sessions — on your own schedule. Many households have both.
No. Programs are open to anyone with an account, member or not.
Some memberships include a discount on program fees — that is shown on the membership’s page.
Annual costs less over twelve months and is paid once. Monthly spreads the cost and suits anyone who is not sure they will use it year-round.
Both are available for individuals, families and seniors. Compare them on the memberships page.
Your membership card lives in your account open Membership Card and show it on your phone at the desk, or ask for a printed one.
Each member of a family membership has their own card. Please do not lend it staff do check.
